LateShipment only ‘reads’ your shipment information. No one can ship using your account on LateShipment.com – not even us.
Our system is completely automated with almost zero manual intervention. The details that we fetch from your shipping carrier account are strictly in relation to your shipment information. Additionally, our data storage policies have been tested from time to time and have been found to be 100 percent safe and secure.

We need the username and password to your shipping account so we can find and submit refunds for late shipments. We use this information to establish a secure connection with your shipping carrier. This enables LateShipment to download, track, and request refunds for your shipments securely and automatically.
Your shipping carrier credentials (username/password) are stored securely in a separate database using advanced hardware and software encryption. We only store the information needed to save you the trouble of having to submit for refunds yourself.
Your shipping history and credit card information is stored securely. Your information may be seen by technical personnel in accordance with specified procedures and safeguards governing access in order to operate, develop and improve LateShipment.
  • Don’t share your LateShipment password with anyone.
  • Make sure that your password is complex, including numbers, capital letters, and special characters.
  • Be certain that the computer you are using has virus protection software and a firewall installed.
  • Don’t install programs from companies or people you don’t know.
No. Your LateShipment log in and our website provides access to “read only” information regarding your shipping accounts and that “read only” access does not include sensitive data like your shipping account numbers.
Email support@lateshipment.com and let us know you want to close your account. We will then close your account and delete all data from our servers. Your data may still exist on secure backups of our servers for sometime after you close your account.
