What You’ll Do:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Qualify leads and opportunities by understanding customer pain points and evaluating their fit with our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and effectively track and follow up on leads using CRM software.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to drive customer engagement and retention.
What you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of proven track record in inside sales or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with prospects and customers.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
