Director Sales (SAAS)

5+ years particularly from a SaaS product background | Full time | Chennai (Currently Remote)

We are looking for a self-motivated, high energy, supremely aggressive hardcore sales professional to lead Sales Function who can work closely with the Leadership Team to provide inputs on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies.

The candidate should have handled senior level global sales role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Building alliances, marketing strategies, consulting sales for global market
  • Confidently network within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigate throughout the organization
  • Qualify leads, convert to opportunities and close deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer delight
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns
  • Ensure sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team
